There is a proverb that Health is wealth. Most of the people wants only money he haven't any means from health, friend, relation and stay with nature. This all are a part of good health but unfortunately most of the people whenever not ready till he got any chronic disease.But most of them are not aware that How To Get Best Good Health. Introduction to the best health:--

As I had mentioned earlier, generally, there are only two types of people available in our society. One is slim, and the other is fat.

             We can say that a slim body is a gift of god, because a fatty body needs more exercise and should give more attention to decreasing weight in comparison to a slim body.

             As we had developed towards social development. Definitely, we had progress in many sectors, but we had also found side effects of development. We had destroyed most of the natural resources.

               So nature is giving penalties as water pollution, air pollution, and food pollution. In the present scenario, nothing is pure like air, water, and food. So it's impossible to get the best health

               So, after natural disorder, we are also using lots of allopathic medicine. This is also giving pushup bad bacteria in our body and helping them. So we are facing lots of new types of diseases. We will have to put in extra efforts for our body purification

           Time spent with friends, relatives and with nature are also a booster doses for good health.  Stay alone time pass in nature will gives you mental peace. So I had suggested more points to get good health.

           

             1. For weight loss and fitness Health, you will have to drink 1.25 liters of water early in the morning. Second task: you will not eat after 6 pm in the evening. These two tasks are the most important factors healthy, wealthy, and wise life 

            2. Non-veg is not suitable for every person. It would be better if you were a vegetarian if you want to stay healthy, wealthy, and wise. If you are a vegetarian, you have very few chances of getting a chronic disease. BP. Sugar. Diabetes and any type of cancer, etc

            3. Always awake at 04 to 05 A.M regularly and do some physical and mental exercise. 

          4. Stay active for the whole day.

          5. Please don’t take dinner. It would be better to take a liquid drink as milk or juice. 

          6. To stay fit, you should ride a bicycle and do less use a bike or a car less. Always prefer stairs in comparison to a lift or an escalator.

         

            7. You can also chew rose leaf, hibiscus bud, and green leaves like Guava. Neem. Amla(indian gooseberry). Mango’s new leaf. Jamun, etc, on an empty stomach.

            8. For any internal disease not take any medicine on the first day. Most of the internal diseases may be cured after the first day without any disease.

            9. All allopathic medicines have their own side effects, so be alert to allopathic medicines. 

 

            10. Firstly, try to cure any disease with naturopathy.  Ayurveda and homeopathy.  You can get cured from approximately 80% disease if your doctor is knowledgeable ( but it depends on your luck).

            11. Allopathic medicine is only suitable for accidental cases or surgical cases. If it is necessary for some disease, we will opt for allopathic. We can’t deny allopathy.

            12. In the present scenario, it is impossible to opt for only one medicine path; it should depend on the patient’s situation. So it may be dangerous to always use only one path like Allopath, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, or Naturopathy. 

           13. We should not burn any TB patient’s dead body. Their cremation exposed all the surrounding people to infection. So we should dig up the soil and suppress the TB patient. 

           14. We should focus much more on mental exercise in comparison to physical exercise. But unfortunately, most people are in the opposite direction. 

           15. Vipassana meditation is the biggest source of mental exercise. 

            16. Most of the disease comes into our body due to a wrong lifestyle and market food supplements. 

   

            17. Earth is a big source of earthing.  So always try to walk on the ground without any footwear. This will maintain your body’s earthing. 

            18. Never use a dining table for food intake.  Your body will be hanging on the dining table and disturb food digestion. So always eat on the ground floor with relaxation and peace of mind.

            19. Always take in small bites and chew them as if they were a liquid form.

20. Always intake food after 1 1-hour bath. This will reduce your heart problems. 

21. Always eat food and chew with your mouth shut. 

22. Drink water one and a half hours after a meal. You can intake a little water between the meals, but not before at least one and a half hours.

23. Always use an indian toilet, never use a comod toilet. Otherwise, you will definitely face knee or waist pain after some years.
