How To Get Healthy Food
We are seeing the advertisement on television about lots of healthy food. But is realy they are best for our best health? We had examined that an advertised product is rarely good for any subject. So here I would like to discuss how to get healthy food. Because this is very easy to make and digest, we all should know what the best food is for our good health. Some foods may give you a quick advantage, but in the long run, there are too many side effects of those foods.
How To Get Healthy Food
Food is a type of medicine. Because it has an impact on our mental and physical health. So, here is a proverb that "Jaisa khaoge Ann Waisa hoga mann."
There is a new culture developing in our society to eat non-veg more and more, and our new generation is also attracted towards non-veg. Because they want more taste and more energy in their body. No doubt, non-veg gives quick energy to our body.
They don't think about the future. I had previously said everybody has their own vital force. There is a great difference between the human and animal body structures.
Market food products will give you too many unhealthy products because they have to give too much taste and spicy food. Due to this, they mix up mismatched food items, just as we should never mix up cow clarified butter (ghee) and curd in non-veg items, but in hotels and restaurants, they normally mix up. This will develop scin or white spot disease
Homemade food is much more beneficial for your health in comparison to market food.
We should always eat food in a sitting position, and at that time our mouth should be shut up, and we should chew food approximately 30 times. (If possible, your eye should be closed when you are chewing your bite)
Drinking minimal water during meals and having a full glass of water about an hour and a half afterward is advisable.
Protein-rich foods like self-prepared paneer (chena) and sprouted green gram, along with energy sources like boiled rice juice, are excellent dietary choices.
Biju mango (small mango) is best for your health. You should eat as many small mangoes as you can. This will protect your body for the whole year from most diseases.
If anybody doesn't use market-cooked food, packaged food, and non-veg, then certainly they will not get any type of chronic disease.
Which type of diet should we consume:---
We should select our diet according to our work. If I am not doing hard labour, then I should not take too much spicy food, especially red meat. Because it takes too much time for digestion.
If anybody doesn't do more physical work, then this will take more time for digestion. This will also increase your normal Blood pressure. Non-veg is only suitable for hard labourers as Rickshaw pullers, Cart pullers, Army personnel, etc
Boiled rice with pulses and green vegetables is mostly a healthy food. It is too easy to digest for all ages. But for extra calories and protein, we should use mushrooms, indian cottage cheese, sprouted green gram, soybean, Etc
For better health, we should also use all types of food like sweet, sour, bitter, and tita. All types of seasonal food are necessary for good health.
Food items will depend on your area. When any person is living beside a watery or sandy area, then certainly his food will be fish or any other item ( certainly fish is the best food for your upper body parts. Fish is also advisable for asthmatic patients)
The last thing, healthy food will be prepared on a fire stove in an open space where natural air and sunlight will touch your prepared food item. This will be pure healthy food.
How food becomes unhealthy:---
When we intake any food without hunger, then certainly this will become unhealthy. We should eat food on the ground, not on the dining table or in a standing position.
After 06 PM, if we intake food, it will be unhealthy. Without physical exercise, red meat will be too unhealthy.
Never store prepared food in the freezer. This will be unhealthy. Never drink chilled water, either on summer days. You should use a clay pot with water on summer days.
Never eat rice and bread together. Either eat rice or bread at once. Otherwise, this will take too much time for digestion.
