Introduction of best exercise:---
Exercise is necessary for all. But this will depend on your body structure. If you have a fat body, then you will have to take more care in comparison to a slim body.
My personal observation is that not only is body exercise appropriate for better health. You will also have to control our food. Second most important is that you will also have to make a strong determination that I will have to maintain my better health. After that, your workout will continue for life-long
The best exercise time is early in the morning. But in the gym, the trainer will suggest that you do it at any time of the day or night. But this will not be better than early morning.
So there is a proverb that early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. If you do this, then it certainly gives a drastic change in your body.
A labourer hasn't needed any type of physical exercise because his body is active the whole day. But those who don't have a physical job or live life as luxuriously, then they will have to give one or two hours regularly workout.
Types and tips of some important exercises:---
Walking, running, cycling, jogging. House cleaning, yoga, Pranayam, and Meditation (Vipassana) are the best exercises. Walking should be done with the mouth closed and focus on breathing.
In pranayam, 1) Should be done in an open ground on a sitting mat. 2) Always keep your eyes and mouth closed at the time of pranyam and focus on breathing. 3) Do pranayam, maximum slow breathing as you can. 4) Always take a break of 10 to 15 seconds if you feel suffocation.
Sirsashan is also a good exercise. But this should be learn from an expert of Sirshashan. This should be learn before 35. At first, you should take help from a wall or any other person. Without proper guidelines, never practice Sirshasan. This will increase your blood pressure. At the primary stage, this should be done for only maximum of three minutes.
You should also change your type and series of exercise as like as your food (As our dietician suggests that you always change your flour type, like wheat, gram jaw, etc). some days only walking, some days jogging, some days running, etc. According to that, we should also change our exercise type.
Precautions in exercise:---
You should maintain regularity under any circumstances. If you do 30 30-minute or one-hour workout, then this should be regularly maintained. If you give up exercise for a long time, then this will harm your body.
You should also take a one-day gap of one day every week to balance your body. Jym exercise is not suitable because when you leave it then you will get joint pain and other types of pain in your body. This is my personal observation.
So I will give you advice that always do exercise, yoga, and pranayam in an open ground space. This will be the best exercise for your better health. And if you do mental exercise like Vipassana meditation, then it should be done in a closed room with close lighting.
If possible, anybody should give exercise under the exercise or yoga expert. Otherwise, some of the little mistakes you will lose your effort and time.
Diet in exercise:-----
Your diet should be according to your exercise (job). If you are doing hard work, then you can add von veg item and extra protein-rich food. Otherwise, home-made food is sufficient for any health-conscious person.
Junk food, Coke, hotel and restaurant food, and any type of packaged food are the enemies of good health.
Conclusion:----
Our body is controlled by our mind. So mental exercise is more important in comparison to body exercise. But unfortunately, most people aren't aware of that. And they also don't like to talk about the mind.
I would like to suggest that every person should take part in Vipassana meditation from the Vipassana Center. Vipassana is the best exercise for the mind. You can also do pranayam, which will also be beneficial for the mind.
Any type of physical exercise will give you more blood circulation and more energy, and boost your body.
If you want to see a quick result in your body, then you will also have to improve your diet. It means which type of food we should eat, when we should eat it, and how we should eat it. Otherwise, you can't get a quick result only from exercise.
